Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar
- Arrival: Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel/houseboat.
- Leisure Time: After check-in, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, or stroll through the famous Mughal Gardens (Shalimar, Nishat, Chashme Shahi).
- Overnight stay: At a hotel or houseboat in Srinagar.
Day 2: Srinagar to Gurez Valley
- Morning: After breakfast, check out and start your scenic drive to Gurez Valley. The journey takes around 6-7 hours, covering approximately 130 km from Srinagar.
- Drive through Razdan Pass: Enjoy the breathtaking views as you pass through the Razdan Pass (11,672 feet), offering panoramic vistas of the Himalayan mountains and lush valleys.
- Arrival in Gurez: Arrive at the beautiful Gurez Valley in the afternoon, check in at your guest house or hotel.
- Leisure Time: Explore the surroundings and take in the beauty of the valley, the Kishanganga River, and the local villages.
- Overnight stay: At a guest house or hotel in Gurez.
Day 3: Gurez Valley Exploration
- Morning: After breakfast, embark on a full-day exploration of Gurez Valley.
- Habba Khatoon Peak: Visit the Habba Khatoon mountain, named after the famous Kashmiri poetess. This pyramid-shaped peak is one of the iconic landmarks of Gurez.
